Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the Return & Refund Policy will apply where the product is eligible.
SwipShop may cancel an order because of stock unavailability, payment issues, incorrect pricing/listing, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or other legitimate operational reasons. If we cancel a prepaid order, the applicable paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation if fulfilment or dispatch has already progressed.
